
On International Women’s Day, a special event was held at Gyan Vigyan Bhawan, Derawal Nagar, in place of the National Chairperson of the Women’s Wing of Prajapita Brahmakumari Ishwariya University. The celebration highlighted women’s contributions to building a value-based society.

Rajyogini Brahmakumari Chakradhari, the National Chairperson of the Brahmakumaris Women’s Wing, led the event, urging women to complement their external adornments with an “internal makeup” of values such as humility, patience, purity, courage, simplicity, joy, and divinity. She emphasized that embracing these qualities would significantly contribute to establishing a society rooted in strong moral principles.
Kiran Chopra, Director of Punjab Kesari Group, spoke on the importance of balancing physical and spiritual development for the well-being of women, their families, and society. She praised the Brahmakumaris for their role in reviving the finest aspects of ‘Sanatan Sanskriti’ (eternal culture) for humanity.
The highlight of the occasion was the presentation of the “Shiv Shakti Samman” to 16 distinguished women and men for their exceptional contributions. The awardees included:
