The film is directed by Anurag Sharma, who also handled the screenplay and adaptation. The Story “Keval Saat Din” follows a young, ambitious couple working as engineers in the corporate world who enter into a love marriage. What begins as a dream soon turns into stress, conflicts, police cases, and the threat of divorce. An unplanned abortion further deepens their crisis. At their lowest point, the couple discovers the profound teachings of spiritual masters Swami Vivekananda and Paramahansa Yogananda. They connect with Yogoda Satsanga Society and embark on a journey of meditation and inner transformation — discovering that lasting change and happiness can be achieved in just seven days.
The film is based on the acclaimed book Just 7 Days to Excellence written by Amrit Gupta. It beautifully conveys that true happiness does not lie merely in external relationships but in self-understanding, mental balance, and spiritual practice. It inspires viewers that no matter how difficult the circumstances, positive life transformation is possible through meditation and the timeless wisdom of India’s great spiritual traditions.
