Go Spiritual News Magazine & App – April 14, 2025

Prawasi Chetana, a renowned monthly magazine dedicated to preserving Indian cultural and spiritual heritage, is gearing up to organize the Shriramcharitmanas Chaupai Pratiyogita 2025, a prestigious online recitation competition set to captivate participants and devotees alike. Scheduled for June 1, 2025, this fourth edition of the event, themed “Nanhe Bachcho Se Sune Ramayan,” will invite young talents across India to recite verses from the timeless epic Shriramcharitmanas, celebrating the divine legacy of Lord Ram. The initiative, proudly supported by Go Spiritual as the spiritual partner, promises to be a significant cultural and spiritual milestone.

The competition will be divided into two engaging categories to accommodate different age groups. The Bal Varg, for children aged 4 to 6, will focus on recitations from the Bal Kand, the opening section of the epic that narrates the early life of Lord Ram. The Kishore Varg, for participants aged 7 to 12, will feature recitations from the Sundar Kand, a section revered for its depiction of Lord Hanuman’s devotion and the trials faced by Ram’s devotees. This structure ensures that participants of varying abilities can connect with the epic’s profound teachings and lyrical beauty.

Prawasi Chetana has opened registrations for the event, encouraging young reciters to submit their entries online. Entries can be sent via WhatsApp at 9969213599/9930224651, through the magazine’s Facebook page, Pravaschetana, or via email at prawasichetana9820@gmail.com. All participants will receive a certificate and a copy of the Shriramcharitmanas as a token of appreciation. Additionally, the first, second, and third-place winners will be awarded suitable prizes, though the decision of the selection committee will be final and binding. For further details, interested individuals can contact the organizers at 9820135092 or 9987042814.

The event builds on the success of its 2024 edition, held on June 2, 2024, which saw enthusiastic participation from across India. Last year’s winners, including Surendra Rajput from Madhya Pradesh and Shrimati Shweta Mudra from Gujarat, set a high standard, with recitations that resonated deeply with audiences. This year, Prawasi Chetana aims to expand its reach, inviting more young voices to join this spiritual journey.
